Welcome to The Brand Insight. By working with us and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.
The Brand Insight provides branding, website design, and graphic design services as outlined in our service packages. Each project includes the specific deliverables stated at the time of purchase. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quote and may incur additional fees.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is canceled before completion, the deposit will not be refunded, and any completed work will remain the property of The Brand Insight unless full payment is received.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:
Starter Brand Package → 2 rounds of revisions
Branding + Website Package → 3 rounds of revisions
Branding + Website + Ongoing Support → 3-4 rounds of revisions
What counts as a revision round?
A revision round includes a consolidated list of client changes that we implement at once. It does not include unlimited tweaks or multiple small adjustments.
Additional Revisions:
Any extra revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at $100 per extra round or $150/hour for more complex changes.
Once a design is approved and final files are delivered, any further modifications will require a new agreement.
Expected turnaround times will be provided at the start of the project. Delays in receiving feedback, content, or approvals from the client may result in extended timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (e.g., text, images, brand preferences) before work begins.
Final designs and websites will be owned by the client once full payment is received.
The Brand Insight reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
If a website maintenance plan is included, it covers basic updates, security checks, and content updates within the agreed scope.
Any additional website changes or redesigns outside of maintenance will require a separate quote.
The Brand Insight is not responsible for any third-party hosting, domain issues, or server downtimes.
The Brand Insight is not responsible for any business losses, website downtimes, or performance issues once the project is completed.
Clients assume full responsibility for how they use the branding and website assets.
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., website traffic, sales conversions) from branding or web design work.
Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
The Brand Insight reserves the right to terminate a project or client relationship if:
The client fails to provide required materials or communication within 30 days.
The client becomes unresponsive or fails to make payments.
There is unprofessional behavior or unreasonable demands that fall outside the agreed project scope.
In such cases, payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
